Why the Name Watershed? The word Watershed is multifaceted and dynamic, just like water! The most useful definitions are “a change of course or action” and “an event marking a unique or important change, one on which important developments depends”- and this is exactly what our workshops and coaching sessions achieve. They help you change or take action to help you accomplish your goals- Creating Watershed Moments in the process

Wendy Woods - Principal

Wendy Woods is Principal of Watershed Training Solutions, a dynamic training company she founded in 2003. Her workshops include stress management, productive teamwork and effective communication as well as many other critical workplace skills.

Wendy’s enthusiastic and engaging training style energizes and motivates her participants. Her years of hands-on business and adult education experience, complimented by an M.B.A. and Certificate in Adult Education, provides her clients with productive and profitable results. Wendy is also an active member of the Strategic Capabilities Network, as well as the International Positive Psychology Association.

Wendy’s expertise has also been featured in such media as CTV News, Breakfast Television, Rogers Daytime, Classical 96.3, Entertainment Tonight Canada and Canadian Business Online.

Julia Gluck - Associate

Julia Gluck is a management consultant who focuses on workplace learning to assist clients in implementing change.

Julia works with all organizational levels, from the first line supervisors and managers to the CEOs with the same premise,that people learn best when they are in a safe environment. Her programs gravitate towards a service-based approach where individuals can practice new behaviours, skills and attitudes before using them in the workplace. She has designed both traditional and non-traditional learning programs in such topic areas as talent management, personal empowerment and client/customer relationship, with an emphasis on communication, and facilitation.

Although originally based in Toronto, Ontario, Julia has worked extensively in Europe, South America, Australia and a number of countries in the Asia/Pacific area. She has developed her 25 years of experience with such firms as DMR Consulting, Johnston Smith International, and Deltak Inc.
